Job Description
We're seeking dedicated Production Team Members to join our field service crews. You'll work hands-on performing a variety of home maintenance and improvement services including window cleaning, painting, pressure washing, eavestrough cleaning, and more. Tasks & Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior window cleaning with attention to detail on panes, frames, sills, and tracks
- Execute eavestrough cleaning, removing debris and ensuring proper water flow
- Conduct pressure washing on various exterior surfaces (siding, patios, decks, etc.)
- Assist with exterior eaves and soffit cleaning using eco-friendly biodegradable degreasers
- Support painting and staining projects including surface preparation, taping, and cleanup
- Install gutter guards following manufacturer specifications
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, protecting customer property during service
- Follow safety protocols and use proper equipment for all tasks
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Complete final inspections to ensure work meets company quality standards
- Use premium materials (Benjamin Moore paints, eco-friendly cleaning solutions) as specified
